DAY 1 Monday 13 April 2026 Sydney
Tour group members flying into Sydney today, please arrive no later than 11am. Afternoon: Coach tour of Sydney's main sights, including a walk on Bondi Beach and a visit to the Australian Museum - Australia's oldest museum. Evening: cruise, from Circular Quay to Manly, on the Manly Ferry. In Manly, enjoy Commencement of Tour Dinner, at an Italian restaurant, including fun-filled entertainment by excellent Italian accordionist/vocalist, Philippe Wittwer. Overnight: Great Southern Hotel, Sydney. (D)
DAY 2 Tuesday 14 April 2026 Sydney
Spend most of the day in The Rocks area (historic precinct, near Sydney Opera House/Sydney Harbour Bridge). Morning: Enjoy a 1 hour Sydney Opera House Guided Tour (tour the inside of one of the world's most iconic buildings). Then enjoy a walking tour of The Rocks area, including a visit to The Rocks Discovery Museum. See Cadman's Cottage (1816), Sydney's oldest surviving house. You will have free time to explore The Rocks/Circular Quay area at your leisure. Evening: Enjoy dinner (own expense) at the Canterbury-Hurlstone Park RSL Club, with entertainment by outstanding country music duo, Bryen Willems & Glenn Skarratt. (B)
DAY 3 Wednesday 15 April 2026 Norfolk Island
Morning: Board your Qantas flight from Sydney to Norfolk Island. Upon arrival (1.25pm), you'll be warmly greeted and transferred to your accommodation. Afternoon: A free afternoon for you to explore the area around our hotel. Evening: Enjoy Norfolk Island's iconic Progressive Dinner...a delicious 3-course dinner, with each course served at a different family home. Overnight: Paradise Hotel & Resort. (B,D)
DAY 4 Thursday 16 April 2026 Norfolk Island
Morning: 8.30am: Enjoy a Half Day Tour (orientation coach tour) of Norfolk Island, including a Devonshire Morning Tea at 'Orn Dar Cliff', an exclusive property with stunning coastal scenery. The tour includes a visit to St. Barnabas Chapel. Afternoon: Free time for you to explore the island at your leisure. Evening: Enjoy the renowned Island Fish Fry dinner, at 'Orn Dar Cliff'. DAY 5 Friday 17 April 2026 Norfolk Island
Morning: Discover the best of island enterprise, with the Over the Cattlestops Tour. Lunch (own expense) at Salty Beer Garden, a casual Norfolk Island restaurant/bar. Afternoon: Guided tour of the Kingston and Arthur's Vale Historic Area....a UNESCO World Heritage site. Also visit the historic & picturesque Norfolk Island Cemetery. Also visit the Norfolk Island Museum, including the Pier Store, the HMS Sirius Museum and the Commissariat Store. Our tour includes a Convict Pass, which gets you into these 3 museums, plus No. 10 Quality Row. Evening: Dinner (own expense) at the Norfolk Island RSL Club, which has live music on Friday nights. DAY 6 Saturday 18 April 2026 Norfolk Island
Morning: 7am: Enjoy Norfolk Island's Breakfast Bushwalk & Clifftop BBQ. The BBQ area is known as Captain Cook's Lookout, including sweeping ocean views & Captain Cook's Monument. Remainder of morning: Free time. Afternoon: Visit Norfolk Island Botanic Gardens, lovely Anson Beach, and the excellent Fletcher's Mutiny Cyclorama. Evening: Dinner (own expense) in The Garden Restaurant, at our hotel. After dinner, enjoy our own informal singalong/music session, hosted by John Howie. We will invite a local Norfolk Island singer/musician to join us for this fun-filled music session. (B)
DAY 7 Sunday 19 April 2026 Norfolk Island
Morning: Visit the Norfolk Island Arts & Craft Market. There may be some local buskers performing, and you will be able to have morning tea at the Market. Afternoon: Visit Emily Bay and enjoy the outstanding Norfolk Island Glass-Bottom Boat Experience. See the colourful coral and marine life. Evening: Dinner (own expense) at Bailey's Restaurant, over the road from our hotel, at Governor's Lodge. (B)
DAY 8 Monday 20 April 2026 Norfolk Island
We will call this 'Adventure Day'. Your opportunity to enjoy your own 'adventure' activity (optional). Evening: Enjoy a group Farewell Dinner, in our hotel. If you've caught fish, during the day, the chef, at our hotel, will cook your fish, for dinner! After dinner John Howie will lead the tour group in a fun-filled informal end-of-tour music/singalong session. If you are a musician, please bring your instruments along on the tour, and join in! It is important that all tour participants have a basic level of physical fitness that allows them to take part in this activity without the need of assistance from others.
TOUR OPERATOR:
Travelrite International Pty Ltd. A.C.N. 005 817 0781 (Travelrite International) is the tour operator.
TOUR COSTS:
The tours costs are based on transport, accommodation costs and entrance costs on 1 June 2025. Travelrite reserves the right to alter the costs if any of these factors change, giving any passenger that has booked the right to withdraw with full refund of monies paid or modify arrangements. No alterations to costings will be made within 60 days of departure.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:
A deposit of $500 per passenger is required at the time of booking. Full payment will be required 60 days before departure. A 1.5% administration charge will be added to payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations within 60 days prior to departure will result in the loss of all monies paid. Cancellation outside 60 days from departure will result in a cancellation fee of $500 per person. Travel insurance is recommended to cover the costs of cancellation fees due to illness, death in family, etc.
MINIMUM TOUR NUMBERS:
The tour has been costed on the basis of a minimum number of passengers having booked 60 days prior to departure. Travelrite reserves the right to cancel the tour, giving a full refund of all monies paid or offer arrangements to proceed with the tour at a modified cost if the minimum number is not achieved.
REFUNDS:
The tour is based on arrangements which do not allow for any refunds in respect to sightseeing, accommodation, meals or other services not utilised after the tour has commenced.
BAGGAGE:
All passengers qualify for 1-piece free baggage allowance.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Travelrite International Pty Ltd. is the tour organiser. Travelrite International acts only as agents in making of arrangements with carriers, hoteliers and others for the tour. As a result we cannot accept liability for any act or omission whatsoever, whether negligent or otherwise of those carriers, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection with the tour over whom we have no direct or exclusive control. We do not accept responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change of schedule or any other events which are beyond our direct control, such as, but not limited to, war, flood, fire, civil disturbance, acts of God, acts of government, or any other authorities, terrorism, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment, or industrial action. The passage contract in use by the carriers concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation companies or firms and the purchasers of these tours and the passengers. Baggage is at own risk throughout the tour. The contract shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria and any legal action must be undertaken in the State of Victoria.
DELAYS AND UNFORESEEN EVENTS:
You engage Travelrite Inter-national to book this tour on your behalf and you acknowledge that Travelrite International acts as your agent for the purpose of making contracts between you and the various providers of accommodation, transportation and other services that comprise the tour. Travelrite International may without reference to you provide or make available to you, or may as your agent engage any third party to provide or make available to you, any good or service which Travelrite International reasonably believes is necessary for your benefit to maintain the tour itinerary, repatriate you or otherwise accommodate, transport or sustain you in circumstances in which the tour itinerary fails wholly or partly for any reason. You appoint Travelrite International your attorney for this purpose. You agree to pay Travelrite International any cost thereof and you indemnify Travelrite International in respect of any cost it incurs in this regard. Travelrite International advises you to obtain travel insurance generally including in respect of the risk that any such goods or service may become required.
