The spectacular Island Princess was built to Panama size, which means she was custom built to the maximum size a cruise ship can be to sail through the Panama Canal. In addition to being the ultimate vessel for this particular voyage, she boasts a high percentage of balcony staterooms which give our guests the chance to view this feat of engineering up-close and personal. Whilst cruising the Canal which was forged through solid granite between 1881 and 1914, experience unique features that can only be found aboard Princess ships, the Bayou Café and Steakhouse.
