



Warren Brown is an Australian cartoonist and television presenter. He has been an editorial newspaper cartoonist since 1986. He is currently cartoonist for Sydney’s The Daily Telegraph, for which he also writes a weekly motoring column. In May 2005, Brown participated in a recreation of the 1907 Peking to Paris race using five 100-year-old cars. He also presented a four-part documentary series about the event. Since 2006, he has acted as the overnight MC at Gallipoli on Anzac Day and the pre-service MC at the Australian War Cemetery at Lone Pine. In 2008, he was selected to be one of the presenters of Top Gear Australia on SBS TV, and continued on in Season 2 (2009). Brown is a keen classic car enthusiast. His friendly personality and passion for classic cars and history make him the ideal person to lead the tour

The tour begins with our flight to London.
DAY 2 Saturday September 3, 2022 London, UK
After we arrive we visit the prestigious Concours of Elegance at Hampton
Court Palace. This event, which is always held in the grounds of a royal
palace, was held at Hampton Court Palace in 2019. In 2022 another sixty
rare motor cars will again line up in the grounds of Hampton Court Palace
to vie for the trophy of Best in Show. Perhaps the most prestigious and
interesting Concours event in Britain in 2022, this event will be one of the
highlights of the tour. We are then transferred to our hotel.
DAY 3 Sunday September 4, 2022 Bleinheim
Today we travel to the spectacular Blenheim Palace home to the Dukes
of Marlborough and the birthplace of Winston Churchill for the Concours
d’El gance Salon Priv . Gathered on the South Lawn will be the finest
collection of classic automobiles available in the UK.
DAY 4 Monday September 5, 2022 Hethel, UK
Today we travel north to the town of Hethel, where we visit the Lotus
factory, where precision manufacturing is beautifully combined with
innovative engineering. We discover the history and heritage of Lotus as
we follow each step in the creation of these magnificent machines, and
take a walk through the years that saw the company develop from a shed
based, one-man operation into the automotive thoroughbred it is today.
We then have a chance to drive the magnificent vehicles on the Lotus
test track. Take your place, with one of our professional Lotus driving
instructors out on the Lotus test track, an FIA specification circuit, no less.
Tread the same tarmac as Jim Clark, Nigel Mansell, Ayrton Senna, Emerson
Fittipaldi and more recent F1™ drivers Kimi Raikonnen and Romain
Grosjean. Learn the characteristics of driving excellence that stem from
the Lotus gene pool. We guarantee ear to ear smiles from a heady mix of
dynamic attributes including powering from 0-60mph in just 4.2 seconds.
DAY 5 Tuesday September 6, 2022 Birmingham
Today we travel to the Shuttleworth Collection. A fully operating collection
of vintage cars and planes in a country setting. We have time to explore
the collection before we continue on to our hotel near Birmingham.
DAY 6 Wednesday September 7, 2022 Birmingham
Today we visit the Aston Martin factory in one of the highlights of the tour
(subject to confirmation). We see how their luxury vehicles are
manufactured. We then visit the Heritage Motor Centre, which is home to
the world’s largest collection of historic British cars.
DAY 7 Thursday September 8, 2022 Birmingham
This morning we visit the Jaguar factory to see how these luxurious cars are
made. This afternoon we visit the Coventry Transport Museum. It houses
the largest publicly owned collection of British vehicles on the planet and
tells the story of a city which changed the world through transport
DAY 8 Friday September 9, 2022 Birmingham
This morning we visit the Land Rover factory to see how these famous
vehicles are made. We then visit the Coventry Transport Museum which
houses the largest publicly owned collection of British vehicles on the
planet and tells the story of a city which changed the world through
transport.
DAY 9 Saturday September 10, 2022 Birmingham
Today we first visit the Aston Martin Heritage Trust which contains historic
cars, memorabilia and racing articles from Aston martin’s history. The star
is A3, the third of the original prototypes, and now the oldest Aston Martin
in existence. We also have a classic 2/4 seater Ulster, one of only two left
with this seat configuration. You might also see one of the five Nimrod
racing cars as well as engineering cutaways, a DB7 prototype or Zagato,
plus classic models from the 1950’s or 70’s. We then visit the Cotswold
Motoring Museum. A fascinating journey through time as we explore the
history of 20th-century motoring. The collection of rare vehicles and
classic memorabilia will give you a nostalgic glimpse into life on the road
the way it used to be. We then transfer to our hotel.
DAY 10 Sunday September 11, 2022 Forest Experience
Wales
A highlight of the tour! Today we travel to a 900 acre forest in the middle
of Wales. We get behind the wheel of a classic MKII Escort or the iconic
Subaru Impreza and discover what it’s really like to handle a Rally car.
Take on the challenging roads with miles of real gravel rally stages with a
professional instructor! A fantastic day!
DAY 11 Monday September 12, 2022 Morgan
Today we travel first to the famed manufacturer Morgan, who still builds
their cars by hand with wood and tin. A fascinating trip into the past!
We then visit the Bugatti Trust. It tells many aspects of the Bugatti story.
The artistry and individuality are demonstrated by photographs, models,
diagrams, mechanical components and complete cars.
DAY 12 Tuesday September 13, 2022 Malvern Hills
Today we pick up our Morgan hire cars for an explorative drive around
the spectacular Malvern Hills. A fantastic exploration of the English
countryside in a Morgan!
DAY 13 Wednesday September 14, 2022 Eastnor Castle
Today we travel to Eastnor Castle for a Land Rover drive day. Drive
through the challenging Land Rover tracks with an instructor in an area of
outstanding natural beauty. A fantastic day driving around the Land Rover
Castle where the vehicles have been tested for over 60 years.
DAY 14 Thursday September 15, 2022 Haynes Motor Museum
and Beaulieu
This morning we visit the Haynes International Motor Museum. A living and
working Museum, with over 400 amazing cars and bikes from nostalgic
classics of the 50s and 60s, glorious Bentleys and Rolls Royces to exciting
super cars of today, like the Jaguar XJ220 and the Ferrari 360 it is a great
place to explore. We then visit the National Automobile Museum at
Beaulieu. The museum houses a collection of over 250 automobiles and
motorcycles, which tell the story of motoring on the roads of Britain from
the dawn of motoring to the present day. We then continue on to our hotel
near Goodwood.
DAY15 Friday September 16, 2022 Goodwood Revival Festival
A highlight of the tour, we go to The Goodwood Revival Festival. It is truly
a magical step back in time, celebrating the halcyon days of motor racing
as it used to be, with all of the accompanying spectacle and glamour of
the era. Competitors and spectators alike dress in period fashions, with
the finest sights and entertainment of the pre-1966 era for all to enjoy. Held
in the immaculate grounds of Goodwood House, this annual event is a true
celebration of historic motoring

DAY 18 Monday September 19, 2022 Brooklands
This morning we visit Mercedes Benz World near Brooklands. Explore
three levels of exhibits that include classic cars, Formula One and many
interactive options. There will also be an option to try out driving options
on the facilities tracks. We then visit the Brooklands museum. Discover
the pioneers of speed, flight and adventure at the birthplace of British
motorsport, aviation and home of Concorde. This evening we have a final
night dinner to celebrate our tour.
DAY 19 Tuesday September 20, 2022 Departure
This morning we are transferred to the airport for our flight back to Australia.

Deposits and Payments:
A deposit of $1000 per passenger
for is required at the time of booking. Full payment will be
required 120 days before departure for the tour. A 1.5% administration
fee will be added to payments by Visa, Mastercard

Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is recommended to cover the costs of cancellation fees due to illness, death in family, etc.
Minimum Tour Numbers and Conditions:
The tour has been priced
on the basis of a minimum number of passengers having booked 60
days prior to departure. Travelrite reserves the right to cancel the
tour, giving a full refund of all monies paid or offer arrangements to
proceed with the tour at a modified cost. Travelrite International
reserves the right to change advertised entrances if necessary for
the smooth operation of the tour.
Refunds:
The tour is based on arrangements that do not allow for any
refunds in respect to sightseeing, accommodation, meals, airfare or
other services not utilized after the tour has commenced.

tour on your behalf and you acknowledge that Travelrite acts as your
agent for the purpose of making contracts between you and the various
providers of accommodation, transportation and other services that
comprise the tour. Travelrite may without reference to you provide or
make available to you, or may as your agent engage any third party to
provide or make available to you, any good or service which Travelrite
reasonably believes is necessary for your benefit to maintain the tour
itinerary, repatriate you or otherwise accommodate, transport or
sustain you in circumstances in which the tour itinerary fails wholly
or partly for any reason. You appoint Travelrite your attorney for this
purpose. You agree to pay Travelrite any cost thereof and you indemnify
Travelrite in respect of any cost it incurs in this regard. Travelrite advises
you to obtain travel insurance generally including in respect of the risk
that any such good or service may become required.
