Day 2 Friday 30 April 2010 At sea
Our first day at sea. We will start with a morning clinic and in the afternoon join the “Welcome Pairs”.

Day 3 Saturday 1 May 2010 Townsville
Today we call in to the city of Townsville. This morning we have a sightseeing tour of the city, the largest in north Queensland. We see the new waterfront development, the Strand, Castle Hill and more. There will be a session of Bridge this afternoon. We will have a welcome cocktail party for group members to get to know each other.

Day 4 Sunday 2 May 2010 Port Douglas
Today we arrive in the stunning port of Port Douglas. We have a sightseeing tour of this beautiful area. We will have a spectacular trip on the Skyrail above the canopy of the rainforest to the town of Kuranda. There will be free time to explore the town before we return to the ship.

Day 5 Monday 3 May 2010 At sea
A day to enjoy the facilities of the Sun Princess or join us for a morning Bridge clinic followed by lunch and an afternoon team’s game.

Day 6 Tuesday 4 May 2010 At sea
A day to enjoy the facilities of the Sun Princess. Bridge today includes a morning clinic and another bridge session.

Day 7 Wednesday 5 May 2010 Darwin
Today we call in to the city of Darwin. We have a sightseeing tour of the capital of the Northern Territory and see the Chinese Temple and the lush Botanical Gardens. We tour the historic sites of the city including the East Point Military Precinct. We then travel to a crocodile farm to see these large reptiles.

Day 8 Thursday 6 May 2010 Kimberley Coast
A free day to enjoy the wonderful facilities on the ship. The ship will be cruising along the coast of the Kimberly region of Western Australia. Afternoon duplicate.

Day 9 Friday 7 May 2010 At sea
Bridge today includes a morning clinic and an afternoon session. Alternatively, relax on board and enjoy the many activities provided by the Sun Princess.

Day 10 Saturday 8 May 2010 Broome
Today we call in to the town of Broome in the Kimberly region of Western Australia. We have a sightseeing tour of Broome and the famous Cable Beach. We see the Japanese Pearler’s cemetery, Monsoon Gallery, Matso’s Brewery, the dramatic rock formations, Anastasia’s pool, the Dinosaur Footprints and much more.

Day 11 Sunday 9 May 2010 At sea
Bridge today includes a morning clinic and an afternoon session of pairs. Alternatively, relax on board and enjoy the many activities provided by the Sun Princess.

Day 12 Monday 10 May 2010 Padang Bay, Bali
We arrive in to Padang Bay today, a fishing village and port on the east coast of Bali. Traditional fishing boats line the spectacular white beach and various sized motor boats are moored on the shore. We will have a tour to Ubud the arts and cultural heart of Bali. The township itself has interesting markets and many small shops.

Day 13 Tuesday 11 May 2010 At sea
Bridge today includes a morning clinic and the first session of teams (red points). Alternatively, relax on board and enjoy the many activities provided by the Sun Princess.

Day 14 Wednesday 12 May 2010 At sea
Bridge today includes a morning clinic and the second session of teams. Alternatively, relax on board and enjoy the many activities provided by the Sun Princess.

Day 15 Thursday 13 May 2010 Geraldton
We will arrive in Geraldton this morning. There will be free time to explore this interesting town or you may join an optional ship tour of the area. Day 16 Friday 14 May 2010 Fremantle This morning we call in to the port of Fremantle, gateway to the city of Perth and Western Australia where our tour concludes.

Extension Tour on the Indian Pacific Train

Day 1 Friday 14 May 2010 Fremantle
We have a sightseeing tour of the modern city of Perth with a local guide. We will travel to Kings Park, an area of natural bushland where we have spectacular views over the city. We see the Governor’s Residence, Parliament House, Perth University and learn about the early settlement of Perth. We are then transferred to our hotel.

Day 2 Saturday 15 May 2010 Fremantle
A free day in Fremantle to explore the historic port of the city of Perth or perhaps take a cruise along the Swan River to Perth City.

Day 3 Sunday 16 May 2010 Fremantle
A free day in Fremantle to explore at leisure or play a session of Bridge at the local club.

Day 4 Monday 17 May 2010 Fremantle
A free day in Fremantle at leisure or play a session of Bridge at the local club.

Day 5 Tuesday 18 May 2010 Fremantle
A free day in Fremantle at leisure or play a session of Bridge at the local club.

Day 6 Wednesday 19 May 2010 Indian Pacific Railway
Today we will be transferred to Perth Railway Station to board the Indian Pacific train on our journey to Sydney. Relax in your Gold Kangaroo-class cabin as you watch the countryside go by.

Day 7 Thursday 20 May 2010 Indian Pacific Railway
A day on the Indian Pacific train to enjoy the facilities and watch outback Australia as we travel.

Day 8 Friday 21 May 2010 Indian Pacific Railway
Travel through Port Augusta, Adelaide and Broken Hill as we head to Sydney.

Day 9 Saturday 22 May 2010 Sydney
This morning we arrive in Sydney and the cruise /rail experience concludes.
