Sue McDougall

From a very young age Sue has been passionate about plants and gardening. Her love of gardening has taken her on an incredible journey. She ran her own garden centre for nearly 20 years and for over 15 years she has been part of the weekend garden party on 6PR. Her practical, down to earth advice, appeals to both experienced and beginner gardeners. Sue writes regular gardening columns for magazines including Burkes Backyard, websites and newsletters, runs hands-on gardening workshops and shares her gardening knowledge with many. In her spare time she is studying landscape architecture, manages her own landscape design and installation company as well as looking after 3 children. Sue is looking forward to sharing her love of the gardens in England, France and Italy. She was the leader of successful garden tours to England, France and Italy in 1997, 2000, 2006 and 2011.
