My name is Lyne Hirsch, I have been a member of The Senior newspaper team for more than 22 years. My position over the last 13 years as the Tours Co-ordinator has given me the opportunity to represent The Senior on many of our exclusive readers travel offers all over the world. I have shared some wonderful holidays with readers onboard many fabulous cruise packages.

I have also travelled extensively by land in China, America, Africa, Europe and Canada. I live on the NSW central coast with my husband Peter, my three children and six grandchildren. When not at work I love spending time with my four youngest grandchildren or horse riding in the beautiful valley where I live.

Italy is one of my favourite destinations and I look forward to sharing with you the beauty of the Amalfi coast, the picture perfect hills of Tuscany and the pristine Italian Lakes district as we explore the gardens and villas of Italy.
