The Indian Pacific in Gold Service
The Indian Pacific is one of the great railway journeys of the world, travelling across the continent between Perth on the west coast and Sydney on the east coast. On the way, see the desert wilderness of the Nullabor Plain, the mining towns of Kalgoolie and Broken Hill and the fine city of Adelaide. Gold Service offers you a sleeper cabin that is a three-seater lounge during the day, which converts to two beds during the evening. The restaurant car serves fine food carefully prepared. The Gold Service lounge offers an ideal place to socialise with other travellers.
Clothing on board the Dawn Princess.
During the day casual clothing is typical, although shorts and swimwear are not permitted in the main restaurants. There are four nights at sea classified as formal for dress purposes. During the evening on formal nights, a dinner suit or dark suit for gentlemen and eveningwear for ladies is required for the main restaurants. Smart casual attire is required in the public lounges and restaurants. On none formal nights smart casual is required in the main restaurants.
Don't worry about coming alone.
We have about a third of people on the cruise travelling alone. We will match people up in twin share cabins when available. This saves you the single supplement! You won't be left alone. The Travelrite tour manager will be looking after you and there will be group activities almost every day.
The advantages of the The Senior Dawn Princess Cruise
The cruise is fully escorted and will be a great fun holiday, with plenty of activities. Each evening you will eat with the group on our reserved group tables. You will meet a fun group of people and have a fabulous time!
